If it is marked as complete, and you can't see the rider or the food, please get in touch us.



Please be ready to provide i) the order number of your order and ii) the order number on the package delivered to you if you've been delivered the wrong order.



For time critical issues, please contact us via the app from the order screen. If you cannot see the order, go to My Account > Orders > ? > Chat with us



For less urgent issues, please contact us via our help center. Click the help icon in the bottom right corner of the help center screen.
